Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the treatment I received at the hands of your airport security staff. First of all, when I was departing from the airport, the security attendant at the metal detector was very rude, and did not allow me to take my sunscreen lotion in my carry-on luggage. There was no explanation; she just took it from me.
Then, when I arrived back from my trip, I was thoroughly searched by customs, and it was an extremely embarrassing experience. They provided no explanation for why I was being searched. In fact, they were even more unfriendly than your security personnel. I was very insulted by the treatment I received in your airport, and I would like an explanation.

I am really sorry for what happened to you that day. But you also need to read the instructions that we`ve put, we can`t allow liquid more than 1 L. and the security can directly take anything from the customer who is suspected, this is rule is applied in all the airports around the world.
Metal detector section is the most important section at the airport, so we should put strict and rude securities for the airport safety

I realized your situation Mr. Codfreyand and I know that will affect you because they have been confiscated your particular thing at the airport. And security man does not allow you to carry your sunscreen lotion in your bag. I apologized for what happened to you at the airport, but my response would support with a full explanation.
Actually worldwide security procedures for carry on bag containing liquids at the airport allow people to carry individual liquid with 100 ml and you can carry in total 1 liter. Furthermore, you can carry allowed liquids with no restriction in your checked luggage also we are working in order to satisfy our customer also do not worry as long as your in our airport she would be safe.
In the end, I hope you understood what happened to you and that it is mandatory to all passengers to apply security procedures inside the airport. Customer services staff is always ready to serve anyone who asks for help, so do not hesitate to ask for any service.

The reason why he ask you to leave you sunscreen lotion because in 2006 was a new rule that force liquid you just can take with you 100ml .If you has less than that will allowed you to take in your carry -on luggage if it more that you should but it in the baggage. They made this rule to safe the passengers in flight.
I hope you understand our situation, and we hope your read the dangerous articles are not permitted in hand baggage.

Actually the reason why the security did not allow you to take it with you and she asked you to left your sunscreen lotion because this is the rule of security measure around the world not just in our airport . Since August 2006 issued new rule that no one can take more than 100 ml of the amount of liquids and gels , if it more than 100 ml they will ask to leave it , but if it less than 100 ml they will allow you to carry-on luggage .
I hope you understand that what happened is part of the security measures and we wish you visit our airport again .

So, I am going to explain why that happened to you by our stuff. There are some reasons and roles that every security at the airport must follow.
There are some reasons of what had happened at the airport. Because many years ago the aircraft had many problems when they left the passengers take any materials to the airplane in their carryon luggage. So, they put many rules before going on the aircraft. Some of these materials that nobody can take unless 100ml, for example: explosives, poison, radio-active and corrosives. The main reason of why our airport’s stuff took your sunscreen is that it’s not allowed to take this material with you on board.
Finally, I apologize of what happened from the security and the bad interact and I hope that letter to be helpful and useful for you. I hope you also not to be sad from what happened. I want to advice you when you come again to the airport, the first thing that you must do is go directly to the airport’s security and ask them to confirm and give you the rules of the airport.
