Dear Sir or Madam,
The other day I brought my 16 year-old daughter to your airport because she was flying to Sri Lanka for the first time by herself. I attempted to park in the drop off area so that I could help her get to the check-in desk with all her luggage.
I was told (in a very rude manner) that I could not stop there, and that I had to move my car immediately. Consequently, I had to leave my daughter there all by herself while I parked the car, and she was almost late for her flight. I would appreciate an explanation.

ReplyDeleteI understand your situation Mr. francois .I knew it`s hard for you to leave your daughter standing alone at the airport and the security told you to move your car from the drop off are to the parking area. I apologize for what happened and I want provide an explanation.
The area were you parked it`s only for drop off no one can park there more than 5 min only, so that’s why the security asked you to move your car immediately, and it`s for security reasons no one is allowed to break it. This rule is applied in all airports around the world. Your daughter can ask for assist from the customer service and we always glad to help our customers.
I hope you understand me and it’s a rule and as I said no one can break it. We are always in the service of customers and we hope you to visit our airport again.

ReplyDeleteI am writing with regard letter of complaint. I know that difficult to you to leave your daughter alone in front of the terminal. And security asks you to park your car in parking area. I apologies about what happened and I would like to offer an explanation.
The reason why he ask you to leave your car in the parking area, because parking in front of terminal is not allowed, you just can drop off. This rule not just for our airport, but for all airports around world. Your daughter can ask for assistant to help her.
I hope you understand that is part of our security produce. And we try to do our best to help our customers, we hope see again in airport.

I understand your complaint , it's really hard that you had to leave your daughter alone in front of the airport and were the security not allowed you to stop in drop-off area and asked you to park in the parking area . I apologies for what happened and I would like to offer an explanation.
The reason why because this is the rule for all airport around the world not only in this airport .You parked in an area which is not allowed to parking there more than five minutes and nobody allowed to parks in front of the terminal . This is the rule for all customer not only you and we cannot break it .Actually our customer service always welcomes to any assistance and your daughter can asks them for any assistance . We are glad to help her .
I hope you understand me and this is part of the security measures in place in our airport and as I told you no one allowed to break it . I hope you visit our airport again .

There are area in the airport for park, pick up and drop off and you can not be waite up to 5 minte in the drop off area thats why security man asked you to move your car.

ReplyDeleteI know you that you hade to leave your doughter alone in the airport.Also we are know about you want to park your car in front of the area.But I am sorry if i say that for you it not allowed for any bady to park in front of the airport.
The reson for it not allowed for any bady park in front of the airport becouse if we allowed this rule all the car will park their , and the airport will be very Traffic. Also they will have many promblem their Because of this point.
Second , you should ask the security about all the rules for the airport before you travel you or your daughter in the next time.
Finaly, i hope to be understand why the security stope you to park in front of the airport. Becouse you should to park your car in the parking.

Actually worldwide security rules in airports allow people to pick up and drop off passengers only and does not allowed people to park in front of the terminals.Furthermore, We are working in order to satisfy our customer also do not worry as long as your daughter in our airport she would be safe.
In the end, I hope you understood what happened to you and that it is mandatory to all passengers to apply security rules inside the airport.customer services staff is always ready to serve anyone who asks for help so do not hesitate to ask for any service.

ReplyDeleteI am writing with regard to your letter of complaint dated Feb 17.2010I hope if you help us to keep our rules in your mind and we know it is difficult to keep your daughter alone inside airport but you can’t park your car in the front of the terminal and that absolutely forbidden. We have zone park area you can park your car there.
All airports in the world have strict rules for security and keep the airport safe that the reason for not allow any body park his car in front of the airport. Also we have assistance from our customer service can support and help your daughter inside the airport.
Finnaly,I will a glade if we co-operation to take these rules and don’t hesitate if you have any problem or comment maybe we can find some solution for you.
