ReplyDeletethe Changi Airport take five star becouse they have service excellence top airport in terms of customer service and security,space spread between its three main terminals for shopping and eating outlets . The first FIFA Official Store in the world was opened in Terminal 3.
ReplyDeletealso they have agood facilities From two different lounges with 24-hour napping areas.showers and spa facilities ,to hotel and pool facilities.they have wonderful view in the airport make people feel compfortable , they six open-air garden areas. each garden represents a different group of plants . also they have shopping mall in the airport.including those in top tourist spot Orchard Road.
finaly , also they have agood staff for security , they Works on make people on the airport safty .I think this airport Worth the five star.

ReplyDeleteOne of the best and biggest airports in the world is Changi Singapore airport.It's not great size and facilities only also its ability to accommodate a large number of passengers. And also this airport provides comfortable places like spa and rest room and ease of airport procedures for these types of facilities passengers will feel comfortable.This airport provides many free services : mobiles charger , gym , browse internet by computer

HKIA takes 5 stars because is connected to about 160 destinations about 900 daily flights by over 95 airlines. The Sky Pier cross-boundary ferry services connect passengers to international destination through HKIA, in comfort way and without going immigration and customs proceedings in Hong Kong.
As well as, Seoul Incheon international Airport also takes 5 stars. It has 18,000 flights monthly which equal 600 trips daily. They look forward to serve 15 million passengers a year and going to 150 destinations with 70 airlines. Moreover, they have V.I.P services to and from the airport and free offers and also they have taxi service for example, Jumbo taxis, which take 3 to 9 people and 10 places for large travel luggage's.
In addition, Changi Airport has special services and facilities for instance, baby care area suitable for people who travel with their children and this area eases the stress of travelling, left baggage area, it is good for people who take tour at the airport to keep their luggage there., medical services, hotel reservations counter, meeting services, big stores for shopping and special needs centre.
To be 5 stars airport , the airport should provide good levels of staff , facilities and support services such as Hong Kong International airport , Incheon International Airport in Seoul (South Korea) and Indoor Garden in Changi Airport .
ReplyDeletefirstly , the most important standards in an airport to be 5 stars airport ,they should to provide staff with good experience , because of the staff can give the airport good reputation among travelers in terms of how they communicate with them if they can speak in nicely and friendly way and try to help passengers .
Secondly , the facilities which are provide in an airport are important as well .
Such as Hong Kong International airport which won for the fifth year in a row named by Skytrax as the world's best Airport among facilities serving over 40 million passengers .
They need a good terminal for Landside which is accessible for everyone and Air side which is restricted just for passengers .
for example they need parking facilities, drop off area and pick up area which are placed in Land side area .
Also they should provide in Air side area routine maintenance for runway and aircraft. , hangar for aircraft storage , fuel depot and runway .
thirdly , Passengers need some support services while staying in the airport For example the airport should provide an area to relax for passengers who stay long times in an airport such as concourse like duty free shops , restaurants . Also they need kids playing area for passengers travelling with their children name a few .
Overall , Staff , support services and facilities which are the airport provide are the most important standers to be one of the 5 stars airport and I hope our New Doha International Airport to be one of five stars airport .

7. no long waiting times, queues
