    1- Listen your customers: it is important to listen to your customers, try to understand their problem, give advice, and help them.


    2- Keep your promise: never base your promise.

    Customer service is service that provide before , during and after a journey to great positive experiences . Good customer service is about keeping your customer happy and improve passenger experience.

    2. Why is customer service important in the aviation industry?
    Because that satisfied customer to come again to purchase , that also will increase the revenue to the company and build a good reputation.

    1-keep your promise : don’t make a promise if you can’t keep .
    2- listen to the customer : it is important to listen to your customer and try to understand their problem and give them your advice .
    3- Be knowledgeable : know about the product which your company offering .
    4- Always be helpful , polite , courteous .

    First of all , you have to decide which airline you wish to travelling with it , for example you choose Qatar Airways to travel with so firstly you have to go to the airline website . Secondly , you have to choose the destination and enter the date of flight . Thirdly , enter your personal information such as your email , name and mobile number and then they will ask you to pay for the ticket actually you can pay by the credit card.
    Finally , print the receipt .

    e-ticketing is tickets that are issued and store in a computer reservation system . since June 2008 it became mandatory for IATA airlines .

    It’s the second step after ticketing and to confirm your flight .

    2. When you help the customer professionally he will be happy and he will always come, that help to build the company reputation and make it good, but if the customer dissatisfied with the service they will talk negative and the company will lose customer.

    1/ Be helpful, you should help the customers as possible as you can.
    2/ Never break your promise, or keep your promise, don’t promise if you cant do it or make it happen,
    3/ Be knowledgeable, you should know what are you saying and doing and act like you know every thing.
    4/ Respect your customers, speak in polite way and don’t be rude.
    5/ Listen to your customers, to know what they are saying.
